摘要
《中国教育现代化2035》不仅提出了2035年总体实现教育现代化的宏伟目标,还指出了"一地一案、分区推进"的实施路径。因而,制定符合区域发展需求的教育现代化监测评价指标体系对评价与推动区域教育现代化进程具有重要的理论价值与实践意义。本文以苏南地区为例,分析了区域教育现代化教育监测评价指标体系研制的现实基础与设计思路,构建了区域教育现代化监测评价指标体系,并提出了建设性的施评策略。
China’s Education Modernization 2035 sets an ambitious goal of realizing overall education modernization by2035, and puts forward the implementation path of setting a unique program in one area and pushing forward on a district basis.Under this background, to formulate a monitoring and evaluation index system of education modernization is of great theoretical significance and practical value to promote a district education modernization. Taking the southern region of Jiangsu Province as an example, the paper discussed the realistic foundations, design solution, framework and practice strategy of the monitoring and evaluation index system of education modernization in a district.
