摘要
新自由主义时代背景下,为研究成人教育的发展变化,卡洛斯·阿尔伯托·托雷斯对成人教育政策规划以及成人学习教育发展模式进行了分类研究。托雷斯依据发展战略与政治参与策略的不同,将成人教育政策规划模式分为现代化人力资本模式、被压迫者教育学--大众教育模式、实用理想主义模式以及社团主义模式。根据在不同国家所做的实证调查研究,托雷斯将成人学习教育发展模式分为福利国家模式、招聘或特许经营模式、强制现代化模式、革命性模式以及仍处于起步阶段的大众公共成人学习教育模式。通过研究托雷斯成人学习教育模式,试图分析政策规划与成人学习教育发展之间存在的关联。
In the context of the new liberalism era, in order to study the development and change of adult education, Carlos Alberto Torres classifies the adult education policy planning and the development model of adult learning education. According to the different development strategies and political participation strategies, Torres divides the adult education policy planning model into a modernization-human capital model, a pedagogy of the oppressed popular education model, a pragmatism idealism model, and a social engineering model. According to empirical research conducted in various countries, Torres divides the development model of adult learning education into a welfare state model, a recruitment franchise model, a forced modernization model, a revolutionary model, and a popular public adult learning education model that is still in its infancy. Through the study of Torres’ adult learning education model, this paper attempts to analyze the relationship between policy-making and adult learning education development.
