Development of on-site Mobile Production Management System for Hydropower Station Based on NFC

水电站是水利基础产业之一,但其管理现状离现代化管理水平还有一定差距,主要表现在水电站管理信息化水平与当前信息技术发展水平有一定差距、以“两票三制”为核心的生产管理系统考核落后、设备台账管理流于手工、缺陷发现及处理不能信息化。基于NFC的水电站现场移动生产管理系统是一套涵盖水电站两票三制、缺陷管理、设备台账管理为主要内容的现场生产管理系统,将水电站生产最前线的数据及动态实时的反应给运行管理人员,并形成档案,实现了水电站现场生产管理信息化,提高了水电站的现代化管理水平。

Hydropower station is one of the basic industries of water resources,but its management status still lags behind the level of modern management,which is mainly manifested in the gap between the informationization level of hydropower station management and the current level of information technology development,the backward assessment of production management system with“two votes and three systems”as the core,the manual management of equipment account,and the less informatization of defect detection and treatment.The on-site mobile production management system of hydropower station based on NFC is a set of on-site production management system,which covers“two votes and three systems”,defect management and equipment account management of hydropower station.The data and dynamic real-time response of the production front line of hydropower station are given to operation managers,and archives are formed,which realizes the informationization of on-site production management of hydropower station and improves the modernization level of hydropower station.
