大型抽水蓄能电站发电电动机变压器继电保护就地化整体解决方案研究 被引量:1

摘要 回顾常规抽水蓄能机组继电保护存在的二次接线复杂、投资大等问题,开展大型抽水蓄能电站发电电动机变压器继电保护就地化整体解决方案及关键技术研究。文中提出了发电电动机变压器继电保护就地化的配置原则及配置方案,重点阐述了分布式保护运行模式、基于柔性光学CT的直采技术、基于SOC冗余系统框架、装置接口标准化、装置高防护设计等关键技术。最后总结了抽水蓄能机组保护就地化的有益效果,展望实现就地化保护还存在的困难,为后续抽水蓄能机组继电保护就地化实践提供指导意义。 The relay protection problems existing in conventional large pumped storage units are reviewed,such as complex secondary wiring,high investment cost,etc,the integrated solution and the key technologies of on-site generator-motor and transformer relay protection in Large Pumped Storage Power Plant are studies.In this paper,the configuration principle and scheme of on-site generator-motor and transformer relay protection are put forward.The key technologies are introduced,such as distributed protection operation mode,direct sample technology based on flexible optical TA,redundant system frame design based on SOC,device interface standardization,high protective design of device,etc.In the end,the beneficial effect of on-site protection for pumped storage units are summarized,and other difficulties are prospected.It provides a guiding significance for the practice of on-site relay protection of pumping storage units.
