摘要
大型抽水蓄能机组通常具有高转速高水头大容量的特点,为保证机组安全稳定运行,对其振动摆度幅值有着较为严格的要求,而机组轴线的好坏对振动摆度有着决定性影响,因此大修机组需对轴线进行相应测量和调整。机组大修回装后轴线可能存在弯折,为探寻此类机组大轴折线有效处理方法,以宝泉抽水蓄能电站为例,通过对机组大修后轴线数据测量、分析,采取在大轴法兰结合部位分区域添加不同厚度铜垫的方法处理大轴折线,明显缩短了机组检修时间,提高了机组检修质量,对类似机组大轴折线处理具有一定的参考价值。
Large pumped storage units usually have the characteristics of high speed,high head and large capacity.In order to ensure the safe and stable operation of the units,there are strict requirements for the amplitude of the vibration swing,and the quality of the unit axis has a decisive impact on the vibration swing.Therefore,the overhaul units need to measure and adjust the axis line accordingly.The axis may be bent after the unit overhaul and reassembly.In order to explore the effective treatment method of the large axis broken line of such unit,taking Baoquan Pumped Storage Power Station as an example,through the measurement and analysis of the axis data after the unit overhaul,the method of adding copper pads of different thicknesses in the combined parts of the large axis flange is adopted to deal with the large axis broken line,which significantly shortens the maintenance time of the unit and improves the maintenance quality of the unit It has certain reference value for the treatment of large axis broken line of similar units.
