离相封闭母线测温元件故障分析及处理 被引量:2

摘要 大岗山离相封闭母线起到汇集、分配和传送电能的作用,机组额定电流23000多安培,在长期运行过程中母线各连接处若出现接触电阻增大会导致局部发热,甚至烧毁母线造成事故,所以对母线连接部位进行实时温度监视非常必要。本文介绍了大岗山水电站离相封闭母线运行温度监视情况,并分析大岗山水电站离相封闭母线测温元件及装置故障原因,具体介绍本电站所采取的改进处理方法,并提出无线无源系统改进方案,以进一步提高离相封闭母线测温系统的安全稳定运行。 Dagangshan from phase enclosed bus have the effect of the collection,distribution and transmit power,rated current of unit twenty-three thousand ampere,bus every joint in the process of long-term operation if the contact resistance increases can cause local fever,even burning bus cause accidents,so the real-time temperature monitoring of busbar connection is very necessary.Dagangshan landscape plants were introduced in this paper from the phase enclosed bus operating temperature monitor,and analyze the Dagangshan landscape plant from phase enclosed bus temperature measuring element and the cause of the problem,introduces the power plant to improve processing method,and put forward the improvement project of wireless passive system,to further improve the from phase enclosed bus temperature-measuring system safe and stable operation.
