RP-HPLC法同时测定金匮肾气片中黄芩苷和丹皮酚的含量

Simultaneous Determination of Baicalin and Paeonol in Jingui Shenqi Tablets by RP-HPLC

目的:建立同时测定金匮肾气片中黄芩苷和丹皮酚含量的高效液相色谱法。方法:采用C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),以甲醇-0.1%磷酸水溶液(52:48),检测波长278 nm,柱温30℃,流速1.0 mL/min。结果:黄芩苷在0.485~19.406μg/mL,丹皮酚在1.079~43.157μg/mL线性关系良好。平均回收率(n=9)分别为99.6%,100.5%,含量测定结果表明,不同批次金匮肾气片之间黄芩苷和丹皮酚含量水平差异不大。结论:经方法学验证,该法可用于金匮肾气片中黄芩苷和丹皮酚含量的快速测定。

Objective:To establish a high performance liquid chromatography method for simultaneous determination of baicalin and paeonol in Jingui Shenqi tablets.Method:C18 column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)was used with methanol-0.1%phosphoric acid aqueous solution(52:48).The detection wavelength is 278 nm,the column temperature is 30℃,and the flow rate is 1.0 mL/min.Results:Baicalin ranges from 0.485 to 19.406μg/mL,and paeonol is linear in the range of 1.079 to 43.157μg/mL.The average recovery rate(n=9)is 99.6%and 100.5%,respectively.The results shows that there was no significant difference in the levels of baicalin and paeonol between different batches.Conclusion:The method can be used to confirm the rapid determination of baicalin and paeonol in Jingui Shenqi tablets.
