摘要
足球作为一项对运动员下肢爆发力要求较高的竞技项目,运动员的下肢爆发力水平会对竞技成绩产生重要影响。基于此,以六安职业技术学院体育学院足球专项运动员为实验对象,划分为实验组和对照组,每组15人,运用实验调查法考察了振动结合灵敏训练法在足球运动员下肢爆发力训练中的作用。实证分析结果表明,实验组和对照组在实验前进行T检验,p>0.05,说明实验前两组数据不具备显著差异;实验组和对照组在实验后进行T检验,p<0.01,说明实验后两组数据具备显著差异;振动结合灵敏训练实验组与对照组相比,振动结合灵敏训练对受训者的对纵跳能力、立定跳远能力、下肢半蹲最大力量、20米冲刺跑能力均有显著的正向影响,假设H1、H2、H3、H4均得到验证,说明振动结合灵敏训练法能够有效提高足球运动员的下肢爆发力水平。
As a competitive sport with high requirements for athletes'lower extremity explosive power,the level of athletes'lower extremity explosive power will have an important impact on athletic results.Based on this,the luan vocational and technical college sports college football players,as experimental objects,divided into the experimental group and the control group,each group of 15 people,under the combination of experimental investigation method to investigate the vibration sensitivity training method in our country,the role of football athletes lower limbs explosive force training,the empirical analysis results show that the experimental group and control group before the experiment to carry on the T test,p>0.05,indicate that experiment before two sets of data does not have significant difference;T test was carried out in the experimental group and control group after the experiment,p<0.01,indicating that there was a significant difference in the data of the two groups after the experiment.Vibration combined with sensitive training experimental group compared with control group,the combination of sensitivity training the trainees to vertical jump,standing long jump,the maximum strength,lower limb crouch 20 metres sprint running ability all have significant positive influence on,assuming that the H1,H2,H3,H4 were verified,sensitive vibrating combined with training method can effectively improve the level of football athletes lower limbs explosive power.
