高职院校智慧学工建设现状及其对策

Current Situation and Countermeasures of Intelligent Student Work in Higher Vocational Colleges

智慧学工是通过新一代信息技术,使学生管理、学生服务、学生发展更加优质高效的信息系统,其是高等教育发展迈向现代化的基础,也是高职院校管理走向科学化的关键。当前高职院校对智慧学工普遍比较重视、具备基本认知,但是应用开发欠缺、自评满意度总体不高。因此,需要从建设目标、技术手段、业务应用、工作团队、考核激励五个方面进一步予以加强。

The construction of intelligent student work is an information system that makes student management,student service and student development of high-efficiency and high-quality through the new generation of information technology.It is the basis for the development of higher education towards modernization and the key to the scientific management of higher vocational colleges.At present,higher vocational colleges generally pay more attention to the work of intelligent students and have basic cognition,but the application development is very deficient and the self-evaluation satisfaction is not high in general.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the work construction of intelligent students from five aspects of goal,means,task,team and motivation.
