高职院校校企文化深度融合发展路径探析

On the Development Path of Deep Integration of School-Enterprise Culture in Higher Vocational Colleges

校企文化融合是高职院校可持续发展的需要,也是促进校企深度合作、现代企业发展的需要。在分析校企文化融合存在高职院校对企业文化认识片面、校园文化建设过程中缺乏职业引导性、校企文化的融合缺乏双向性等主要问题的基础上,提出了高职院校校企文化深度融合须从校企双方分工协作、提升高职师生对校企文化融合的认识、营造校企文化融合氛围、有序组织指导学生进行科学合理的职业生涯规划、融入教学等发展路径,实现双方共同推进校企文化融合。

The integration of school-enterprise culture is the need of the sustainable development of higher vocational colleges,the need of promoting the deep cooperation of school and enterprise,and the development of modern enterprises.Based on the analysis of the problems of school enterprise culture integration such as one-sided understanding of enterprise culture in higher vocational colleges,lack of professional guidance in the process of campus culture construction,lack of two-way integration of school-enterprise culture and so on,the paper puts forward that the two sides of school and enterprise should work together to promote the integration of school and enterprise culture by enhancing the understanding of higher vocational teachers and students on the integration of school and enterprise culture,creating an atmosphere,organizing and guiding students to carry out scientific and reasonable career planning,integrating into teaching and so on to boost the further integration of school and enterprise.
