摘要
通过运用跨学科研究方法,从班杜拉的观察学习理论中探索大学生工匠精神培育的启示。首先详细梳理了工匠精神的内涵、特征以及大学生工匠精神培育的内涵和意义;其次深入分析了观察学习理论的内涵和重要概念;最后从增强重塑自信、强化自我教育、榜样的树立、落实实践教学成效及建立激励机制等方面阐述了观察学习理论对大学生工匠精神培育的启示。
By means of interdisciplinary research,the paper explores the enlightenment of cultivating college students'craftsman spirit from Bandura's theory of observational learning.Firstly,the paper expounds the connotation and characteristics of craftsman spirit and the connotation and significance of cultivating college students'craftsman spirit.Secondly,the paper analyses the connotation and important concepts of observational learning theory.At last,the paper elaborates the enlightenment of the theory of observational learning to the cultivation of college students'craftsman spirit from the aspects of enhancing self-confidence and self-education,setting up an example,implementing the effect of practical teaching and establishing the incentive mechanism.
