高职版“情绪管理”项目是“青少年生活技能开发”项目在高职领域的试点,其任务不仅是开发教学材料,更要从中凝练可复制和可推广的方法。从保证项目质量的视角出发,借鉴高职院校诊改工作的思路和方法,通过搭建“五纵五横”结构、运行“8字螺旋”和依靠“E平台”技术支撑,构建起高职版“情绪管理”项目质量保证机制,确保项目稳定、高效和有序推进,为“青少年生活技能开发”其他项目的开发提供有益借鉴。

The higher vocational edition of"emotion management"project is a pilot project of"teenagers'life skills development"in the higher vocational field.Its task is not only to develop teaching materials,but also to refine replicable and popularized methods.From the perspective of ensuring the quality of the project,taking examples by the ideas and methods of the diagnosis and improvement work in higher vocational colleges,constructing the quality assurance mechanism of the higher vocational edition of"emotion management"project by building the"five vertical and five horizontal"structure,operating the"8 shape spiral"and relying on the"E platform"technical support,so as to ensure the stability,efficiency and orderly promotion to provide useful reference for the development of other projects of"teenagers'life skills development".
