无论是传世文献,还是简牍材料,西汉时期都有着史不绝书的再婚现象。这既应归因于经济根源,又要考虑到政治宽松、人们身心需求、社会观念和性别比例等多种缘由。西汉再婚的常见,在实现个人幸福、增加人口、稳定统治、提升妇女地位等方面发挥了积极作用,但也带来了正统伦理教化受阻或重组家庭内部矛盾较多等社会问题。

There was a common phenomenon of remarriage in the Western Han Dynasty both in the literature and bamboo slips.This should be attributed not only to economic causes,but also to the political tolerances,physical and mental needs,social attitudes and gender ratios.This played an active role in realizing personal happiness,increasing population,stabilizing the rule and promoting the status of women.However,it also brought about social problems such as the obstruction of orthodox ethical education or the reorganization of contradictions within the family.
