《黄帝内经》络脉理论研究概况

A Survey of the Research on the Theory of the Collateral of Huang Di Nei Jing

络脉是经络系统的组成部分,与经脉有不同的理论体系.本文对络脉及络脉学说的起源、络脉的循行分布、生理功能以及基本病理变化、络脉的临床应用发展等方面的研究进展进行了整理,进而对络脉理论体系在发展中存在的问题作出阐述.络脉与络脉学说的起源应上溯至"脉"的出现.其循行分布与经脉亦有所区别,具有双向流动的循行特点.络脉为沟通表里、贯通营卫、渗化气血的场所.其生理功能及分布特点决定了络脉阻滞是络脉最基本的病理变化.近年来络脉临床应用发展已取得了不菲的成果.存在的问题一是络脉起源与构建模糊,二是络脉的存在形态探讨欠缺,三是络脉与经脉、脏腑、阴阳、气血的关系不清.

The collateral is a component of the meridian system and has a different theoretical system from the meridians. In this paper,the origin of collaterals and collaterals,the circulation of collaterals,physiological functions,basic pathological changes,and clinical application development of collaterals have been summarized,and furthermore,the problems existing in the development of the collateral theory system are elaborated. The origin of the collaterals and collaterals should be traced back to the appearance of the"pulse";its circulation distribution is different from that of the meridians,and it has the characteristics of two-way flow. The collaterals are the places in the communication with exterior and interior,through the yingfen and weifen,and in and out,and transformation with the qi and blood;its physiological function and distribution characteristics determine that collateral block is the most basic pathological change of collaterals. In recent years,the development of collateral vein clinical application has achieved great progress. The first problem is that the origin and construction of the collaterals are fuzzy,the second is the existence of collaterals,and the third is the relationship unclear between collaterals and meridians,viscera,yin and yang,and qi and blood.
