中央企业实施供应链管理对提升国家供应链竞争力发挥着典型的示范作用。文章界定了五种供应链类型以及中央企业相应的供应链管理举措,对中央企业采购端供应链现状进行了分析,给出了中央企业职能级供应链的实施路径,并就实施过程的主要决策维度进行了深入研究,最后提出了中央企业建立卓越供应链系统的一般性建议。

The implementation of supply chain management in central enterprises plays a typical role in enhancing the competitiveness of national supply chain.This paper defines five kinds of supply chains and proposes corresponding supply chain management measures of central enterprises.The paper then analyzes the current situation of supply chain in purchasing of central enterprises,points out the implementation path of supply chain of central enterprises in purchasing functional level,and discusses the main decision dimensions of the implementation process in depth.Finally,the paper gives the general suggestions of establishing excellent supply chain system for central enterprises.
