On the Framework and Mode Categorization of International Supply Chain Finance

文章为供应链金融(supply chain finance)提出了一个概念框架,并对其应用进行总结。首先,文章提出供应链金融模式的分类框架,然后阐述不同供应链金融工具的运行机制,接下来探讨运营资本管理(working capital management)的概念和实证研究。最后,基于供应链金融领域新兴研究展示如何从概念、解析和实证角度建立其价值体系和发展基础。

This paper proposes a conceptual framework for supply chain finance(SCF)and summarizes its applications.First,we propose a framework for categorization of supply chain finance instruments.Next,we elaborate underlying mechanisms of various SCF instruments.Third,conceptual and empirical investigation of working capital management is explored.Finally,we show how emerging conceptual,analytical,and empirical research has established the value and a foundation for development of supply chain finance.
