摘要
在协同学理论基础上运用系统耦合研究法对长江经济带城镇化与生态建设2个系统间的协同发展机理进行实证分析。研究结果表明,长江经济带城镇化水平与生态建设总体呈现出脱节现象,中下游省市相对于上游省市处于更高级别耦合阶段,且更为稳定;浙、苏、鄂、湘四地耦合协调度最高,黔最低;云、黔、川等上游省市城镇化建设较为滞后,其资源环境优势有待进一步开发,而沪、浙、苏等下游省市生态建设未能跟上城镇化建设步伐;且长江经济带大部分地区的“城镇化-生态建设”系统整体功效产生负协同效应,耦合关系亟待优化。
Based on the synergetic theory,this paper uses the research method of system coupling to carry out an empirical analysis of the synergetic development mechanism between the two systems of urbanization and the ecological construction in the Yangtze River Economic Belt.The results show that the urbanization level and the ecological construction of the Yangtze River economic belt are generally disjointed.Provinces and cities located in the middle and lower reaches are in a higher level of coupling coordination,and are more stable compared with those located in the upper reaches.Of all the relevant provinces and cities,Zhejiang,Jiangsu,Hubei and Hunan have the highest degree of coupling coordination,while Guizhou has the lowest.The urbanization construction of the provinces in the upper reaches such as Yunnan,Guizhou and Sichuan is relatively backward,and their resource and environmental advantages need to be further developed,while the ecological construction of the provinces and cities in the lower reaches such as Shanghai,Zhejiang and Jiangsu fail to keep up with the pace of urbanization construction.Furthermore,the overall effect of the“urbanization ecological construction”system in most areas of the Yangtze River Economic Belt have had negative synergistic effect,so the coupling relationship needs to be urgently optimized.
