摘要
变压器试验和运行过程中,监测油中溶解气体的组分和含量是分析变压器是否存在故障的有效措施之一。以一起110 kV变压器局部放电试验后油中产生乙炔的案例为例,通过色谱分析、电气试验、解体检查等手段对故障的原因进行排查,最终确定是因硅钢片边丝导致了变压器内部过热故障。结果证明了变压器生产制造环节对异物控制的重要性,同时为相似问题的分析提供参考。
During the transformer test and operation,it is one of the effective measures to monitor the composition and content of dissolved gas in oil for determining the health state of the transformer.Taking a case of acetylene produced in oil after partial discharge test of a 110 kV transformer as an example,the fault was investigated using chromatographic analysis,electrical test,disintegration inspection and other means.The internal overheating fault of the transformer was finally determined to be caused by the edge wire of silicon steel sheet.The results prove the importance of transformer manufacturing to foreign body control and provide reference for similar problems.
