在新形势的大背景下,企业文化对于企业发展而言,是价值理念的风向标,企业文化对企业发展起到了关键的导向作用。企业文化不可能在短期内形成,它需要长时间的累积沉淀,对企业有着象征性的意义价值。对企业来说,反腐倡廉工作保障了它的长远稳定发展,也有效升华了企业文化建设。所以,论文研究了企业廉洁文化的建设情况,总结了对应的建议,希望带来一定的借鉴价值。

Under the background of the new situation,for the development of enterprises,corporate culture is the vane of value concept and plays a key guiding role in the development of enterprises.Corporate culture can not be formed in a short time,it needs a long time of accumulation and precipitation,which has a very symbolic value for enterprises.For enterprises,anti-corruption work ensures its long-term and stable development,and effectively sublimates the construction of corporate culture.Therefore,this paper studies the construction of corporate integrity culture,summarizes the corresponding suggestions,hoping to bring some reference value.
