摘要
在21世纪国际经济领域中,知识经济占据主导地位。当前部分国有企业对知识型员工整体的满意度较低,在知识型员工激励中存有较多问题。基于此,要注重对国有企业知识型员工激励机制研究,全面扩大人才在企业工作中的参与度,提高企业综合发展成效。
In the 21st century international economic field,knowledge economy occupies the dominant position.At present,some state-owned enterprises have low overall satisfaction with knowledge-based employees,and there are many problems existing in the incentive of knowledge-based employees.Based on this,we should pay attention to the study of incentive mechanism for knowledge-based employees in state-owned enterprises,comprehensively expand the participation of talents in enterprise work,and improve the comprehensive development effect of enterprises.
