摘要
Davy甲醇合成反应器封头开有5个大尺寸密集排布的接管,该结构未采用联合补强,在GB/T150规范要求下无法通过计算。本文运用有限元计算方法,对最危险工况下的甲醇合成反应器进行局部应力分析,参照有限元分析结果,按ASME SEC.VIII D IV.2《Alternative Rules》中的相关要求对局部结构,采用Mises应力进行强度评定。经计算,该种结构满足强度要求,为后续的工程设计提供了依据。
The head of the Davy methanol synthesis reactor has five large-size densely arranged nozzles.The structure does not use joint reinforcement and cannot be calculated under the requirements of the GB/T150 specification.In this paper,the finite element calculation method is used to analyze the local stress of the methanol synthesis reactor under the most dangerous conditions,and according to the results of the finite element analysis and the relevant requirements in ASME SEC.VIII DIV.2"Alternative Rules",Mises stresses are evaluated for strength.
