以核安全文化为核心的企业文化建设初探

随着我国社会经济的发展以及科学技术的进步,基于对用电需求的迅速增加,国家加大了对核电的投入,出现了一批优秀的核电企业。然而在建设核电企业的过程中也要注意核安全理念的落实,即是要以核安全文化为核心,进一步提高企业的凝聚力和竞争力,推动核电事业的向前发展。因此本文简述核安全文化,分析当前核电企业构建核安全文化的现实状况,并提出相关有效途径,以期为核电企业的发展以及优秀核安全企业文化构建提供借鉴和参考。

With the development of China’s social economy and the progress of science and technology,based on the rapid increase in the demand for electricity,the state has increased its investment in nuclear power,and a number of excellent nuclear power enterprises have emerged.However,in the process of building nuclear power enterprises,we should also pay attention to the implementation of the concept of nuclear safety,that is,we should take nuclear safety culture as the core,further improve the cohesion and competitiveness of enterprises,and promote the development of nuclear power.Therefore,this paper briefly describes the nuclear safety culture,analyzes the current situation of nuclear safety culture construction in nuclear power enterprises,and puts forward relevant effective ways,in order to provide reference for the development of nuclear power enterprises and the construction of excellent nuclear safety enterprise culture.
