除草剂不同施用时期对杂草数量及苦参产量的影响

Effects of Different Application Periods of Herbicides on Quantity of Weeds and Yield of Sophora flavescens

摘要 为解决中药材种植过程中的除草难问题,开展了苦参育苗田除草剂应用效果试验,研究除草剂不同施用时期对苦参育苗田杂草数量、苦参根条数及产量的影响。结果表明,除草剂的施用显著降低了农田杂草数量,播种后出苗前喷施除草剂和出苗后喷施除草剂杂草分别较清水对照减少了79%和87%;出苗后喷施除草剂苦参根条数量较出苗前喷施除草剂以及清水对照显著减少。参照大田人工除草后,播种后出苗前喷施除草剂处理苦参苗鲜货产量显著高于清水对照;苗后喷施除草剂处理苦参根条单重显著高于播种后出苗前喷施除草剂处理和清水对照,而苦参苗鲜货产量则明显低于二者。因此,除草剂应选择在苦参播种后出苗前施用,效果最佳。 The herbicide experiment of Sophora flavescens seedling cultivation field was carried out to studying the effect of different application periods of herbicide on the number of weeds,the number of roots and the yield of Sophora flavescens,so as to solve the difficult problem of weeding in the planting process of traditional Chinese medicine.The results showed that the application of herbicide significantly reduced the number of weeds in the field.Compared with the control group,spraying herbicide before seedling emergence after sowing and spraying herbicide after seedling emergence reduced the number of weeds by 79%and 87%.The number of Sophora flavescens roots sprayed with herbicide after seedling emergence was lower than that of before seedling emergence and control treatment significantly.After artificial weeding in the field,the fresh product yield of Sophora flavescens seedlings treated with herbicide before seedling emergence after sowing was higher than that of control treatment significantly.The single weight of Sophora flavescens root treated by spraying herbicide after seedling emergence was higher significantly than that treated by spraying herbicide before seedling emergence after sowing and the control treatment,while the fresh product yield of Sophora flavescens seedling was lower significantly than that of the two.Therefore,the herbicide should be applied best after sowing and before seedling emergence.
