螺旋CT诊断肺癌102例的临床价值研究

目的:分析螺旋CT诊断102例肺癌患者的临床价值。方法:现将2019年1月至2020年1月我院收治的58例肺癌患者作为调查对象,收集治疗期间所有患者临床资料,开展回顾性分析。结果:所有患者多平面重建(MPR)对分叶征、血管集束征的敏感性显著高于横断面薄层(P<0.05);表面遮盖技术(SSD)对毛刺征、分叶征的敏感性高于横断面薄层(P<0.05);三维容积重建技术(VR)对血管集束征的敏感性高于横断面薄层(P<0.05)。结论:螺旋CT在肺癌的临床诊断中具有较高的应用价值,虽然常规病理学检查能够明确癌症患者病灶情况,但落雪CT对于的为手术治疗提供了可靠的影像学依据,尤其是低剂量螺旋CT能够有效筛查患者肺部患病情况,有利于早期预防诊断,建议临床推广应用。

Objective To analyze the clinical value of spiral CT in the diagnosis of 102 patients with lung cancer.Methods 58 lung cancer patients admitted in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 are now taken as survey objects.Clinical data of all patients during the treatment period are collected and retrospective analysis is performed.Results The sensitivity of multiplanar reconstruction (MPR) to lobular sign and vascular bundle sign was significantly higher in all patients than the cross-section thin layer (P<0.05).The cross-section thin layer (P<0.05);the three-dimensional volume reconstruction technique (VR) is more sensitive to the vascular bundle sign than the cross-section thin layer (P<0.05).Conclusion Spiral CT has higher application value in the clinical diagnosis of lung cancer.Although routine pathological examination can clarify the focus of cancer patients,falling snow CT provides reliable imaging basis for surgical treatment,especially low-dose spiral CT It can effectively screen the lung disease of patients,which is conducive to early preventive diagnosis.It is recommended to promote clinical application.
