TACE联合微波消融对膈下肝癌治疗的疗效评价

Therapeutic effect of TACE combined with microwave ablation on the treatment of sublingual liver cancer

目的:分析TACE联合微波消融对膈下肝癌治疗的疗效。方法:选取我院自2015年11月-2019年11月收治的20例膈下肝癌患者,按照治疗方式的不同分为观察组(10例)与对照组(10例)。对照组患者行单纯TACE治疗,观察组患者行TACE联合微波消融进行治疗。对比两组患者治疗效果、临床指标变化、术后12个月生存率以及并发症发生率。结果:治疗效果对比,(P<0.05);临床检测指标对比,(P<0.05);术后生存率及复发率对比,(P<0.05);并发症发生率对比,(P<0.05)。结论:对肝癌患者采用TACE联合微波消融进行治疗具有更为显著的疗效,能提高患者预后,减少并发症发生率,提高患者生存质量,值得广泛推广使用。

Objective To analyze the effect of TACE combined with microwave ablation on the treatment of sublingual liver cancer.Methods 20 patients with sublingual liver cancer treated in our hospital from November 2015 to November 2019 were selected and divided into observation group (10 cases) and control group (10 cases) according to different treatment methods.Patients in the control group were treated with TACE alone,and patients in the observation group were treated with TACE combined with microwave ablation.The therapeutic effects,changes in clinical indicators,the 12-month survival rate,and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups of patients.Results Comparison of treatment effects,(P<0.05);comparison of clinical detection indicators,(P<0.05);comparison of postoperative survival rate and recurrence rate,(P<0.05);comparison of complication rate,(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of liver cancer patients with TACE combined with microwave ablation has a more significant effect.It can improve the prognosis of patients,reduce the incidence of complications,and improve the quality of life of patients.It is worth widely popularizing.
