动态心电图在老年睡眠呼吸暂停综合征中的诊断研究分析

Analysis of the diagnosis of ambulatory electrocardiography in elderly patients with sleep apnea syndrome

目的:探讨分析动态心电图在老年睡眠呼吸暂停综合征中的诊断研究。方法:选择我院收治的75例疑似老年睡眠呼吸暂停综合征患者作为研究对象,这些患者的纳入时间为2018年8月到2019年11月,所有患者均使用了多导睡眠检测仪器进行检测以及进行了动态心电图检测,通过对两种方式的诊断结果进行对比分析,主要有老年睡眠呼吸暂停综合征的诊断正确率,以及敏感性和特异性。结果:通过对患者的检查数据进行整理分析,其结果为与多导睡眠检测仪器诊断结果相比,动态心电图的诊断正确率差别不大。两种检查结果差异不明显(P>0.05),不具有统计学意义;动态心电图的诊断敏感性和特异性分别为97.56%和97.14%。结论:对疑似老年睡眠呼吸暂停综合征患者进行动态心电图检查,可以对患者疾病的诊断起到良好的帮助效果,其诊断正确率和多导睡眠检测仪器检测差别不大,敏感性和特异性都较高。

Objective To analyze the diagnosis of ambulatory ECG in elderly patients with sleep apnea syndrome.Methods 75 suspected elderly patients with sleep apnea syndrome in our hospital were selected as the research objects.The inclusion time of these patients was from August 2018 to November 2019.All the patients were tested with multi-channel sleep detector and dynamic electrocardiogram.Through the comparative analysis of the diagnosis results of the two methods,the main ones were elderly sleep apnea.The diagnostic accuracy,sensitivity and specificity of the syndrome.Results Compared with the diagnosis results of polysomnography,the diagnostic accuracy of holter was not significantly different.There was no significant difference between the two results (P>0.05) and no statistical significance.The sensitivity and specificity of DCG were 97.56% and 97.14%,respectively.Conclusion The dynamic ECG examination of the suspected elderly patients with sleep apnea syndrome can play a good role in the diagnosis of the disease.The diagnostic accuracy and the detection of polysomnography are not different,and the sensitivity and specificity are high.
