肺炎型肺癌的CT诊断与鉴别价值分析

CT diagnosis and differential value of lung cancer with pneumonia

目的:探究分析肺炎型肺癌的CT诊断与鉴别价值。方法:选取本院收治的局灶性机化性肺炎患者、肺炎型肺癌患者各60例,将患者分别作为肺炎组和肺癌组,在患者治疗前均采用多层螺旋CT诊断检查,对比分析两组患者的CT影像学特征。结果:肺癌组患者的右肺下叶发病部位、发病累及肺外周部、疾病呈段性分布、增强扫描的患者占比率显著高于肺炎组(P<0.05);胸腔积液、肺门或纵膈淋巴结大、空泡征、胸膜牵拉增厚或叶间裂膨隆、枯枝征、支气管充气征、实变、小结节、磨玻璃密度等CT征象占比率显著高于肺炎组(P<0.05)。结论:在肺炎型肺癌患者临床诊断检查中,可通过发病部位、发病影响部位、疾病呈现形态、增强扫描特征、CT征象等进行诊断,显著提高了肺炎型肺癌患者的临床诊断检查效果,具有较高的临床诊断价值。

Objective To explore the CT diagnosis and differential value of lung cancer with pneumonia.Methods 60 patients with focal organizing pneumonia and 60 patients with lung cancer were selected.The patients were treated as pneumonia group and lung cancer group respectively.Before treatment,the patients were examined with multi-slice spiral CT,and the CT imaging characteristics of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results In the lung cancer group,the incidence of the right lower lobe,the involvement of the peripheral part of the lung,the segmental distribution of the disease,the proportion of patients with enhanced scanning were significantly higher than those in the pneumonia group (P<0.05).The percentage of pneumonia was significantly higher than that of pneumonia (P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical diagnosis of lung cancer patients with pneumonia,the diagnosis can be made by the location of the disease,the location of the disease,the shape of the disease,the characteristics of enhanced scanning,CT signs,etc.,which significantly improves the clinical diagnosis of lung cancer patients with pneumonia and has a high clinical diagnosis value.
