优质护理管理理念在脑血栓患者护理中的作用探讨

Discussion on the Role of High-quality Nursing Management Concept in the Nursing of Patients with Cerebral Thrombosis

目的研究优质护理管理理念应用于脑血栓患者护理中的效果。方法择取该院于2017年3月—2018年6月期间收治的68例脑血栓患者作为研究对象,根据护理管理模式进行随机分组。管理组患者接受优质护理管理模式,常规组患者接受普通护理管理模式,比较两组患者护理效果。结果管理组患者接受护理后生活自理能力和神经功能改善程度均高于常规组患者,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);管理组患者护理满意度评分高于常规组患者,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论优质护理管理理念应用于脑血栓患者护理工作中可促使患者快速康复,值得在临床中应用推行。

Objective To study the application effect of the concept of high-quality nursing management in the nursing of patients with cerebral thrombosis.Methods Sixty-eight patients with cerebral thrombosis who were admitted to the hospital from March 2017 to June 2018 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided according to the nursing management model.Patients in the management group received the high-quality care management model,patients in the routine group received the general care management model,and the nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results Patients in the management group had better self-care ability and neurological improvement after receiving care than those in the conventional group,with statistically significant differences between the groups(P<0.05).Patients in the management group had higher nursing satisfaction scores than those in the conventional group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of the concept of quality nursing management in the nursing of patients with cerebral thrombosis can promote the rapid recovery of patients,which is worthy of clinical application.
