摘要 目的探讨肿瘤科护士工作压力源调查与管理要点。方法选择20名肿瘤科护士纳入研究,作为此次研究工作对象,对其工作压力源调查分析,并结合工作压力源调查分析结果,制定落实工作压力源调整护理管理制度干预。比较分析实施管理调整前后的肿瘤科护士工作压力评分、护理管理质量评分。结果实施管理调整后的工作压力总分评分为(2.55±0.45)分,人际关系评分为(2.30±0.50)分,体力要求评分为(2.35±0.35)分,兴趣投入评分为(2.50±0.65)分,均明显低于实施管理调整前的(3.35±0.55)分、(3.45±0.55)分、(3.25±0.65)分、(3.15±0.55)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实施管理调整后的基础护理评分为(95.65±2.05)分,专科护理评分为(94.65±1.65)分,护理安全评分为(95.30±1.50)分,护理记录评分为(95.45±2.95)分,均明显高于实施管理调整前的(85.85±2.55)分、(82.65±4.35)分、(82.65±2.95)分、(79.65±5.05)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实施管理调整后的焦虑自评量表评分为(37.35±1.35)分,抑郁自评量表评分为(38.65±1.50)分,均明显低于实施管理调整前的(63.50±2.35)分、(63.75±2.40)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过调查分析肿瘤科护士工作压力源,并结合调查结果,实施工作压力源调整护理管理制度干预具有重要作用价值。 Objective To explore the main points of investigation and management of nurses'stressors in oncology.Methods Twenty nurses of oncology were selected for the study.As the research object of this study,their work stressors were investigated and analyzed,and the results of work stressors survey and analysis were used to formulate and implement work pressure source adjustment nursing management system intervention.The work stress scores and nursing management quality scores of oncology nurses before and after the implementation of management adjustment were compared and analyzed.Results After the implementation of the management adjustment,the total work stress score was(2.55±0.45)points,the interpersonal relationship score was(2.30±0.50)points,the physical requirement score was(2.35±0.35)points,and the interest input score was(2.50±0.65)points,which were significantly lower than(3.35±0.55)points,(3.45±0.55)points,(3.25±0.65)points,and(3.15±0.55)points before the implementation of management adjustments,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).;After the implementation of management adjustment,the basic nursing score was(95.65±2.05)points,the specialty nursing score was(94.65±1.65)points,the nursing safety score was(95.30±1.50)points,and the nursing record score was(95.45±2.95)points,were significantly higher than(85.85±2.55)points,(82.65±4.35)points,(82.65±2.95)points,and(79.65±5.05)points before the implementation of management adjustment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);The adjusted self-rating anxiety scale score was(37.35±1.35)points and the depression self-rating scale score was(38.65±1.50)points,which were significantly lower than the(63.50±2.35)points and(63.75±2.40)points,and the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Through investigation and analysis of the work stressors of the oncology nurses,and in combination with the survey results,it is of great value to implement the intervention of the work stressors to adjust the nursing management system.
