The Role of Incentive Mechanism in the Construction of Nursing Team

摘要 目的在护理团队建设过程中,建立激励机制,研究激励机制的影响作用。方法选择没有实施激励机制的2018年为对照组,其中,护理人员15名,带教老师80名,患者70例,在选择实施了激励机制的2019年作为观察组,其中,护理人员15名,带教老师80名,患者70例,对这两年的建设情况,包括患者满意度、月均护理缺陷发生次数、护士主动加班率、带教老师优秀率、护理人员对于工作抱怨的概率进行比较,分析激励机制对于护理团队建设的影响作用。结果对照组的患者满意度为80.0%(56/70),月均护理缺陷发生次数为13.64次,护士主动加班率20.0%(3/15),优秀带教老师率12.5%(1/8),护理人员对于工作抱怨的概率为60.0%(9/15);观察组的患者满意度为97.1%(68/70),月均护理缺陷发生次数为5.19次,护士主动加班率60.0%(9/15),优秀带教老师率50.0%(4/8),护理人员对于工作抱怨的概率为6.7%(1/15),2019年的团队建设情况远远优良于2018年,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在护理团队建设过程中,通过建立激励机制,有效提高患者护理满意度,护士的工作责任心大大增强,工作技能显著提高。 Objective To establish an incentive mechanism during the construction of nursing team and study the influence of incentive mechanism.Methods Select 15 nurses,8 teachers,70 patients 2018 without the incentive mechanism as the control group,and select 15 nurses,8 teachers,70 patients 2019 as the observation group with the incentive mechanism as the observation group,and compare the construction of the two years,including patient satisfaction,monthly average number of occurrences of nursing defects,the rate of active overtime of nurses,the ratio of excellent instructors,the probability of job complaints by nursing staff,and the impact of incentive mechanisms on the construction of nursing teams.Results The patient satisfaction rate in the control group was 80.0%(56/70),the average number of monthly nursing defects was 13.64,the nurses'overtime rate was 20.0%(3/15),and the rate of excellent teachers was 12.5%(1/8),The probability of nursing staff complaining about work was 60.0%(9/15),the patient satisfaction of the observation group was 97.1%(68/70),the average number of monthly nursing defects was 5.19,and the nurses'overtime rate was 60.0%(9/15),the rate of excellent teaching teachers was 50.0%(4/8),the probability of complaints of nursing staff about work was 6.7%(1/15),the team building in 2019 was much better than in 2018,with obvious difference,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion During the construction of the nursing team,by establishing an incentive mechanism to effectively improve the satisfaction of patient care,the nurse's sense of work responsibility has been greatly enhanced,and the work skills have been significantly improved.
