摘要
目的探讨视频病例导入式与护理综合实训相结合方法教学在高职护生基础护理学实训课程中的应用效果。方法将铁岭市卫生职业学院2018级高职1、2班的80名护生作为对照组,采用传统的基础护理学实训方法进行实训,同年级的3、4班的84名高职护生作为观察组,采用视频病例导入式与护理综合实训相结合的方法进行基础护理学实训,采用基础护理学实训理论知识考核与客观结构化技能考核(OSCE)、护生满意度对两组护生进行比较。结果对照组学生平均理论成绩(85.30±0.5)分,技能成绩(81.60±0.5)分;观察组学生平均理论成绩(89.70±0.5)分,技能成绩(92.50±0.5)分,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在高职护生的基础护理学实训课程中应用视频病例导入式与综合护理实训相结合的方法可提高高职护生的基础护理学实训理论知识与操作技能,可为培养高素质的准护士提供实践依据。
Objective To explore the application effect of the combination of video case introduction method and comprehensive nursing training in vocational nursing students'basic nursing training courses.Methods A total of 80 nursing students from Tier 1 Health Vocational College in Class 1 and 2 of 2018 were used as the control group.The traditional basic nursing training methods were used for training.In the observation group,students use video case introduction and comprehensive nursing training to conduct basic nursing training,and use basic nursing training theoretical knowledge assessment and objective structured skills assessment(OSCE),and nursing student satisfaction.The two groups of nursing students were compared.Results The average theoretical score of the students in the control group was(85.30±0.5)points and the skill score was(81.60±0.5)points;the average theoretical score of the students in the observation group was(89.70±0.5)points and the skill score was(92.50±0.5)points.Conclusion The application of video case introduction combined with comprehensive nursing training in the practical course of basic nursing can improve the theoretical knowledge and operational skills of basic nursing training and provide a practical basis for training high-quality prospective nurses.
