摘要
目的分析规范化教学在脑外科护理带教中的应用效果,探究脑外科护理带教中的新方法。方法抽取2017年5月—2018年5月该院的70名实习生作为研究对象,根据随机数表法进行分组,分为对照组和观察组,各35人。对照组学生采取常规的课堂教学方法,观察组学生采用规范化教学方法,观察两组学生的护理技能操作成绩、三基成绩以及教学满意度。结果两组学生的教学满意度显著不同,观察组教学满意度为94.29%(33/35),对照组的教学满意度为65.71%(23/35),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组学生的护理技能操作成绩、三基成绩均显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论规范化教学在脑外科护理带教中的应用效果显著。
Objective To analyze the application effect of standardized teaching in brain surgery nursing teaching,and to explore new methods in brain surgery nursing teaching.Methods A total of 70 interns from May 2017 to May 2018 were selected as research objects.They were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,and were divided into a control group and an observation group,with 35 people in each group.The students in the control group adopted conventional classroom teaching methods,and the students in the observation group adopted standardized teaching methods to observe the nursing skills operation performance,three-base performance,and teaching satisfaction of the two groups of students.Results The teaching satisfaction of the two groups of students was significantly different.The teaching satisfaction of the observation group was 94.29%(33/35),and the teaching satisfaction of the control group was 65.71%(23/35).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);Observation group students'nursing skills operation performance and three-base performance were significantly better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant,P value was less than 0.05.Conclusion The application of standardized teaching in brain surgery nursing teaching is significant,and it is worthy of vigorous promotion and application.
