启发式临床医学与以问题为基础的联合教学模式在急诊病房护理带教中的应用价值分析

Analysis of Application Value of Heuristic Clinical Medicine and Problem-based Combined Teaching Mode in Nursing Teaching in Emergency Room

目的探讨采取启发式临床医学护理带教模式(PCMC)+以问题为基础教学模式(PBL)应用于急诊病房护理带教工作中的效果。方法选取该院急诊科2016年1月—2019年2月收治的70名在急诊科实习的护理实习生为研究对象,随机分成研究组(n=35)与对照组(n=35),对照组采取传统带教模式,研究组采取PCMC联合PBL的教学模式,观察两组护理带教效果。结果护理带教结束后,考核结果显示研究组护理实习生在理论知识成绩、实践操作成绩及考核总成绩上均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组护理实习生对带教工作的总满意率为97.14%,明显高于对照组82.86%的总满意率(P<0.05)。结论在急诊病房护理带教工作中,采取PCMC联合PBL的护理带教模式,可取得满意的带教效果。

Objective To explore the effect of applying heuristic clinical medical nursing teaching model(PCMC)+problem-based teaching model(PBL)to nursing teaching in emergency room.Methods Seventy nursing internships in the emergency department of the hospital from January 2016 to February 2019 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into a study group(n=35)and a control group(n=35).The control group adopted the traditional teaching mode,and the research group adopted the teaching mode of PCMC combined with PBL to observe the effect of nursing teaching.Results After the nursing training,the evaluation results showed that the nursing intern in the research group was significantly higher than the control group in the theoretical knowledge scores,practical operation scores and overall assessment scores(P<0.05);The total satisfaction rate was 97.14%,which was significantly higher than the total satisfaction rate of 82.86%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the nursing teaching work in the emergency ward,using the PCMC and PBL nursing teaching model can achieve satisfactory teaching results and is worth promoting.
