2型糖尿病合并心脑血管病的临床内科观察及治疗

Clinical Observation and Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes with Cardiovascular and Cerebrovascular Diseases

目的研究2型糖尿病合并心脑血管病的临床内科观察及治疗方法。方法该次研究选择2018年1月—2019年1月期间来该院进行治疗的36例2型糖尿病患者合并心脑血管病患者为研究组,选择同期来该院进行治疗的36例单纯2型糖尿病患者作为对比组。给予不同的治疗方法,比对两组患者合并心脑血管疾病的诱因情况以及治疗效果。结果2型糖尿病合并心脑血管病的诱因主要是吸烟、嗜荤食、低血糖、嗜甜食;经治疗,两组患者的治疗有效率之间的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论2型糖尿病患者如果吸烟、嗜荤食、低血糖、嗜甜食容易诱发心脑血管疾病,治疗时要注意对危险因素进行预防,以避免患者的病情发展。

Objective To study the clinical observation and treatment of type 2 diabetes with cardio-cerebrovascular disease.Methods In this study,36 patients with type 2 diabetes and cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease who came to the hospital for treatment from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected as the study group.Patients with type 2 diabetes served as a control group.Different treatment methods were given to compare the inducement and treatment effect of combined cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases in the two groups of patients.Results The main causes of type 2 diabetes combined with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases were smoking,cravings,hypoglycemia,and sweets.After treatment,the difference between the two groups'treatment effectiveness was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Patients with type 2 diabetes are likely to cause cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases if they smoke,eat fast,have low blood glucose,and eat sweets.Attention should be paid to the prevention of risk factors to prevent the development of the patient's condition.
