综合性护理对老年糖尿病合并重症脑梗塞患者的效果研究

Effect of Comprehensive Nursing on Elderly Diabetic Patients with Severe Cerebral Infarction

目的研究综合性护理对老年糖尿病合并重症脑梗塞患者的效果。方法选取2015年1月—2018年12月该院收治的50例合并重症脑梗塞的老年糖尿病患者,采用随机数字表的方法将其随机分为常规组和观察组,各25例,常规组患者入院后采取常规临床护理服务进行干预;观察组患者入院后在常规组的基础上加入综合性护理服务进行干预,对比两组患者护理效果、两组患者干预前、后血糖水平及欧洲卒中量表(ESS)评分变化、两组患者护理满意度。结果观察组护理总有效率(92%)显著优于常规组(72%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者干预前血糖水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后两组患者均有所好转,但观察组明显优于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的满意度(84%)明显高于常规组满意度(56%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对老年糖尿病合并重症脑梗塞患者采取综合性护理干预,能够有效的提高治疗效果,改善患者的病情,同时提高患者满意度,降低护患纠纷发生几率,值得积极推广与应用。

Objective To study the effect of comprehensive nursing on elderly patients with diabetes complicated by severe cerebral infarction.Methods From January 2015 to December 2018,50 elderly diabetic patients with severe cerebral infarction who were admitted to the hospital were randomly divided into a conventional group and an observation group,with 25 patients each in the conventional group.After admission,the patients were treated with routine clinical nursing services.Patients in the observation group were added with comprehensive nursing services on the basis of the conventional group after intervention.The nursing effects of the two groups,blood glucose levels before and after the intervention,and the European Stroke Scale(ESS)score changes,and patient satisfaction with care in the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of nursing in the observation group(92%)was significantly better than that in the conventional group(72%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in blood glucose levels before intervention between the two groups,and there was no statistical significance(P>0.05);both patients improved after the intervention,but the observation group was significantly better than the conventional group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the satisfaction of the observation group(84%)was significantly higher than the conventional group(56%)(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion The comprehensive nursing intervention for elderly patients with diabetes and severe cerebral infarction can effectively improve the treatment effect,improve the patient's condition,at the same time improve patient satisfaction,and reduce the probability of nurse-patient disputes.It is worth actively promoting and applying.
