MODY基因多态性与早发2型糖尿病相关性研究进展

Research Progress of Correlation between MODY Gene Polymorphism and Early-onset Type 2 Diabetes

早发2型糖尿病(T2DM)不仅严重威胁着患者的身心健康,也给社会带来沉重的经济负担,而遗传因素在早发T2DM发病中起着重要作用。青少年发病的成人型糖尿病(MODY)发病相关基因的单核苷酸多态性在早发T2DM患者中导致其遗传易感性增加的现象逐渐引起重视。该文对MODY基因与早发T2DM的相关性研究进展进行文献综述。

Early-onset type 2 diabetes(T2DM)not only seriously threatens the physical and mental health of patients,but also brings a heavy economic burden on society.Genetic factors play an important role in the onset of early-onset T2DM.Single-nucleotide polymorphisms in adolescent-onset adult-onset diabetes(MODY)-associated genes have led to increased genetic susceptibility in patients with early-onset T2DM.This article reviews the research progress of the correlation between MODY gene and early-onset T2DM.
