中医刮痧治疗骨科长期卧床患者便秘的效果观察

Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine scraping therapy in treatment of constipation among long-term bedridden patients with orthopedic diseases

目的探讨中医刮痧疗法改善骨科长期卧床患者便秘症状的效果。方法120例骨科长期卧床并发便秘的患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各60例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上采用中医刮痧全息穴区,同时配合艾灸、走罐、按摩等干预。观察2组便秘改善情况,比较2组排便频率、粪便性状、排便困难程度。结果观察组便秘改善总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组排便频率、粪便性状、排便困难程度评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医刮痧疗法能有效改善骨科长期卧床患者便秘症状。

Objective To investigate the Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)scraping therapy in treatment of constipation among long-term bedridden patients with orthopedic diseases.Methods Totally 120 long-term bedridden patients with orthopedic diseases were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 60 cases in each group.Patients of both control and observation group were give routine care,and those in the observation group were given TCM scraping therapy and other TCM interventions as supplement,including moxibustion,moving cupping therapy and massage.The effect of intervention on symptom relief was compared between two gorups.The defecation frequency,stool form and defecation difficulty of patients were evaluated.Results The total effective rate was higher in the observation group than that in the control group(P<0.05).Scores for defecation frequency,stool form and defecation difficulty were lower in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The TCM scraping therapy is effective to relieve the constipation among long-term bedridden patients with orthopedic diseases.
