摘要
目的了解临床护士失智症知识水平现状,并探讨其影响因素。方法采用方便抽样法选取80名临床护士,采用痴呆知识量表(C-DAKS)对其进行失智症知识水平调查,并采用单因素方差分析和多元线性逐步回归分析影响因素。结果C-DAKS量表总分(34.13±5.59)分。职称、是否接受过失智症培训是影响临床护士C-DKAS得分的主要因素(P<0.01)。结论临床护士对失智症知识的掌握情况并不理想,尤其在危险因素和健康促进、交流和行为方面得分较低。应加强临床护士失智症相关知识的培训。
Objective To understand the knowledge of clinical nurses about dementia,and to explore the related influencing factors.Methods A convenient sample of 80 clinical nurses were investigated with a Chinese Version of Dementia Knowledge Assessment Scale(C-DAKS).The related influencing factors were analyzed by single-factor and by multiple linear stepwise regression.Results The overall score of C-DAKS was(34.13±5.59).The professional title,experience of training about dementia care were main factors influencing the C-DAKS score(P<0.01).Conclusion Nurses had a relatively low level of knowledge about dementia,especially in terms of risks and health promotion,communication and behavior.The training of knowledge about dementia for the nurses should be strengthened.
