“互联网+护理”背景下慢性伤口延续护理研究进展

Research progress of transitional care for patients with chronic wounds under the background of"Internet-based Nursing"

慢性伤口发病率高、病程长、难治愈,且多数慢性伤口患者出院后无法得到持续、有效的伤口护理服务,严重降低了患者的生活质量。延续护理作为住院护理的延伸,满足了患者需求,有利于促进伤口康复和节约医疗成本。本文从“互联网+护理”背景下慢性伤口延续护理的干预手段、应用效果、存在的问题及对策等方面进行综述,旨在为我国慢性伤口的延续护理提供方法借鉴。

Due to the high incidence,long-term course of chronic wound,most patients with chronic wounds cannot access continuous and effective wound care services after discharge from hospital,leading to a reduced quality of life.As the extension of inpatient care,transitional care can meet needs of patients,which is conducive to promoting wound rehabilitation and saving medical costs.This paper reviewed the intervention methods,application effects,existing problems and countermeasures of transitional care for patients with chronic wound under the background of"Internet-based Nursing",which aimed to provide reference for interventions in China.
