摘要
某批10.9S级高强螺栓在施工过程发生多件断裂。采用宏观检查、断口分析、金相检测、性能检测、化学分析等方法对失效螺栓进行分析。结果表明:失效螺栓为韧性过载断裂。引起螺栓过载断裂的原因是现场扭矩系数测量存在异常,导致计算的终拧扭矩过大。在连接副出厂后运输、装卸、存储、安装、施拧和检查过程中应采取措施以确保其扭矩系数的稳定性。
A batch of 10.9 S grade high strength bolts was facture failure during construction. The failure bolts are analyzed by macro inspection, fracture analysis, metallographic inspection, performance inspection and chemical analysis. Results show that the failed bolt is a toughness overload fracture. The cause is that there is an abnormality in on-site torque coefficient measurement, causing the calculated final torque to be too large. Measures should be taken to ensure stability of the torque coefficient during transportation, loading, unloading, storage, installation, screwing and inspection of connection pair after leaving the factory.
