摘要
微细金属丝直进式拉丝机恒张力控制是实现微细金属丝拉拔的核心,对设计的非滑动直进式拉丝机进行恒张力控制系统研究,采用张力摆杆内置角度传感器,检测平衡位置偏差,准确测量系统出现的张力,利用收放卷电机速度差控制系统张力,使之处于相对稳态。对伺服电机及角度传感器进行数学建模,利用闭环PID控制原理建立拉丝单元张力控制系统模型,并在Matlab-Simulink环境下进行仿真试验。对仿真结果进行分析,该控制系统能快速实现拉丝模前后速度匹配,响应速度快、超调量小、控制精度高,满足微细金属丝拉拔的恒张力控制要求。
The constant tension control of fine wire straight wire drawing machine is core part of improvement of fine wire drawing process. The constant tension control system of non-sliding straight wire drawing machine designed was researched, built-in angle sensor of tension pendulum was used to detect deviation of balance position, accurately reflect the tension deviation of the system, and tension of the system is controlled by speed difference of the rewinding and unwinding motor, put it in relatively steady state. Through mathematical modeling of servo motor and angle sensor, tension control system model of the wire drawing unit was established by closed-loop PID control principle, and the simulation experiment was carried out in Matlab-Simulink environment. Through the simulation results analysis, the control system can quickly realize matching of front and rear speed matching of wire drawing die, the response speed is fast, the overshoot is small, the control precision is accurate, and constant tension control requirement of the fine wire drawing machine is met.
