BMP信号通路在肺器官发育和肺疾病中的作用进展

摘要 BMP为转化生长因子β(TGF-β)超家族的一个大亚类,参与细胞的增殖和分化等调控。已有证据表明肺的正常发育和再生依赖于BMP的表达变化,BMP信号的失调会促进多种成体肺疾病的形成,但是目前对于BMP在成人肺疾病和再生过程中的分子机制有待于充分认识。因此,笔者对BMP信号通路在几种成人肺疾病和再生过程中的作用进行阐述,为进一步研究BMP信号通路在成人肺疾病和再生中的作用提供参考。 As a large subfamily the Trans forming Growth Factor-β(TGF-beta)Superfamily,Bone Morphogenetic Proteinsare now known to play crucial roles in the regulation of cell proliferation and differentiation and other life activities.Recently,there has been a lot of evidence that normal lung development and regeneration following injurydepend on accurate dynamic expression of BMP signaling pathway components,and the dysregulation of BMP signalhas also been implicated inthe formation of a variety of adult lung diseases.Despite the significant progress,characterization of the mechanisms bywhich BMPs affect adult lung diseases and regeneration is stillrudimentary.To address this,it is the objective of this review to comprehensively analyze the role of BMP signaling pathway in several adult lung diseases and regeneration processes that further reader understanding the pathogenesis of lung diseases and the mechanisms of regeneration after injury.
