应用型民办本科高校“双师双能型”教师队伍建设探析

On the Construction of“Double-qualified”Teachers Team in Application-oriented Private Undergraduate Colleges and Universities

应用型民办本科高校的首要任务就是培养应用型人才,这是顺应社会发展与需求的新任务和大作为。应用型人才培养质量高低的关键因素就是教师这个团队,应建设一支不但能讲授理论知识,还能指导学生实践的“双师双能型”教师队伍。基于此,重点从应用型民办本科高校“双师双能型”教师队伍建设的意义、当前存在的问题和建设措施等角度来分析和探讨。

The primary task of application-oriented private undergraduate colleges and universities is to train applied talents,which is a new task and a great achievement to meet the needs of social development.The key factor for the quality of applied talents training is the team of teachers.The goal is to establish a team that can not only teach theoretical knowledge,but also guide students practice.Based on this,this paper analyzes and discusses the significance,existing problems and construction measures of the construction of“double-qualified”teachers team in application-oriented private undergraduate colleges and universities.
