慕课对教师角色的深层影响

摘要 在“互联网+”的教育新模式下,慕课的广泛应用对教学格局产生了巨大的影响。在知识—能力框架下分析慕课与传统教学模式的替代与互补机制。从知识、能力和学习动机三个维度分析慕课对教学效果起到的巨大推进和补充作用。慕课对教师能力提出了新的要求,要求教师能够设计教学、选择资源、掌控教学、评价教学。此外,慕课要求学生肯学习、会学习。为了达到满意效果,必须转移教学重心,加强教学培训,转换教学管理思路,确保学生自学时间和培养学生学习能力。 Under the new education mode of Internet+,the extensive application of MOOC has a huge impact on the teaching pattern.In the framework of knowledge-ability,this paper analyzes the substitution and complementary mechanism between MOOC and traditional teaching mode.From the three dimensions of knowledge,ability and learning motivation,this paper analyzes that MOOC has played a huge role in promoting and complementing the teaching effect.Meanwhile there are new requests of teachers abilities,which require teachers to design teaching,select resources,master teaching and evaluate teaching.In addition,students must be willing to and be good at learning.In order to achieve satisfactory results,some measures must be taken,namely shifting the teaching emphasis,strengthening teaching training,changing teaching management thinking,leaving students enough time to learn by themselves and cultivating the learning ability of the students.
