高等教育国际化背景下全英文课程建设的目标模式及路径

The Target Mode and Path of Full English Curriculum Construction in the Context of Internationalization of Higher Education

在全国教育大会上,习近平总书记提出了“扩大教育开放,提升我国教育世界影响力”,进一步明确了教育对外开放的发展格局。高校在对外开放过程中必须增强国际化办学意识、建设国际化人才队伍、完善国际化育人机制、健全国际化管理模式。我国各高等院校要设立多样平台,加快培养多元人才,加强教育国际合作与交流,为教育改革发展提供有力支持。因此,我国各高校必然要推进全英文课程的建设,将理论课程与英文结合起来,通过加强师资建设、教材建设和教学过程管理构建科学合理的全英文课程体系。

At the National Education Conference,General Secretary Xi Jinping proposed“expanding education and opening up,enhancing the world influence of China s education”and further clarified the development pattern of education opening up.In the process of opening up to the outside world,colleges and universities must enhance their awareness of international education,build an international talent team,improve the international education mechanism,and improve the international management model.All institutions of higher education in China should set up various platforms,accelerate the cultivation of diverse talents,strengthen international cooperation and exchanges in education,and provide strong support for education reform and development.Therefore,all colleges and universities in China must promote the full English curriculum construction,combine theoretical courses with English,and build a scientific and reasonable full English curriculum system by strengthening teacher construction,teaching materials construction and teaching process management.
