随着人民生活水平的不断提高,人们对食品安全的重视明显提升,果品作为日常消费的重点,其质量与安全成为了社会关注的聚点。近些年,我国果品的质量安全令人堪忧,社会频繁爆出果品农药超标等问题,严重影响了果品的销量与质量安全。文章在分析林业果树果品质量安全现状的基础上,从林业果树种植的角度,研究如何通过技术提升来改善果品质量安全现状,从而进一步提升果品的质量与安全。

With the continuous improvement of people's living standards,food safety has been significantly improved.As the focus of daily consumption,fruit quality and safety has become the focus of social attention.In recent years,the quality and safety of fruit in our country is worrying.The problem of excessive pesticide in fruit is frequently exposed in the society,which seriously affects the sales and quality safety of fruit.Based on the analysis of the current situation of the quality and safety of Forestry fruit trees,this paper studies how to improve the current situation of the quality and safety of fruits and improve the quality and safety of fruits through the measures of technical improvement from the perspective of the planting of Forestry fruit trees.
