我国社区营养教育发展文献描述性系统评价

A Descriptive Systematic Review of the Development of Community Nutrition Education in China

在经历2003年非典型肺炎和2020年新型冠状病毒肺炎后,为了严防“病从口入”,营养与食品卫生方面的健康教育又被提到新的重要高度。本文通过全面检索中英文数据库,根据纳入和排除标准,对2020年1月前发表的关于中国社区营养教育的文献进行筛选、资料提取及信息分类、归纳和整理,最终纳入53篇文献,总结了常见的社区营养教育内容、方式、实施者与接受者。针对新型冠状病毒疫情防控和今后社区营养教育发展提出建议:社区今后的营养教育要拓宽知识面,尤其是加强食品安全和正确的中医食疗营养教育;加大特殊人群尤其是儿童的社区营养教育,继续加强社区医务人员营养教育开展力度;拓展更新信息时代的社区营养教育内容和方式,开展更多元、精准、实时的营养健康教育。

After SARS in 2003 and COVID-19 in 2019,health education for nutrition and food hygiene has been mentioned in a new important way.Based on a comprehensive search of Chinese and English databases,and according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,this paper selects,extracts,classifies,summarizes,and arranges the literatures on Chinese community nutrition education published before January 2020,and finally includes 53 literatures,summarizing the common contents,methods,implementers and recipients of community nutrition education.The following suggestions were made for the prevention and control of COVID-19 epidemics and the development of community nutrition education in the future:knowledge content of nutrition education should be broadened in the future,especially to strengthen food safety and the right nutrition education for traditional Chinese medicine;nutrition education for special populations should be strengthened especially for children,and keep continue to strengthen the nutrition education of community health care workers;methods of community nutrition education should be expanded and updated during the information era,and carry out more comprehensive,accurate and real-time nutrition and health education.
