2019年上海市崇明区学校教学环境卫生监测结果分析

Analysis of Environmental Health Surveillance Results in Schools in Chongming District of Shanghai in 2019

目的了解上海市崇明区中小学校教学生活环境卫生状况,为改善学校教学环境卫生提供科学依据。方法按照上海市2019年学生常见病和健康影响因素与干预工作方案,随机抽取崇明区11所中小学校,每个学校抽取6间教室共64间,进行教学环境卫生监测,并对监测结果进行分析。结果教室人均面积合格率为100%,课桌椅分配符合率为43.75%,课桌面平均照度为64.06%,课桌面照度均匀度为46.88%,噪声合格率为100%,饮水、食堂、厕所等环境卫生状况均符合要求。结论崇明区中小学校教学环境卫生状况突出问题是课桌面平均照度和照度均匀度部分教室不达标,课桌椅分配符合率低于国家标准。教育和卫生部门应采取措施提高学校卫生状况,促进学生健康成长。

Objective To understand the teaching and living environment of primary and secondary schools in Chongming District and provide scientific basis for improving the teaching environment and health.Methods According to the work plan of common diseases and health influencing factors and intervention for students in 2019 in Shanghai,11 primary and secondary schools in Chongming District were randomly selected,with 6 classrooms and 64 classrooms in each school,for the monitoring of teaching environment and health,and the monitoring results were analyzed.Results The qualified rate of per capita classroom area was 100%;the coincidence rate of allocation of desks and chairs was 43.75%;the average illuminance of desk surface was 64.06%;the uniformity of illuminance of desk surface was 46.88%;the qualified rate of noise was 100%;drinking water,canteen,toilet,and other environmental sanitation conditions meet the requirements.Conclusion The prominent problems in teaching environment and hygiene in primary and secondary schools in chongming district are low average illumination and uniformity of illumination on desk surface and low coincidence rate of allocation of desks and chairs.
