摘要
目的以牛、羊乳食品的食疗属性认识为例探讨目前中医健康教育存在的问题。方法以文献及调查研究的方法,对人们对牛、羊乳食疗属性的认知状况进行评估及分析。结果调查对象对牛、羊乳食疗属性的认知存在误区。结论推进以饮食生活为核心的居民中医健康素养系统建设有重要意义。
Objective To explore the problems existing in health education of traditional Chinese medicine by taking the understanding of the therapeutic properties of milk of cow and goat as an example.Methods By means of literature and investigation,this paper evaluates and analyzes people’s cognition of the therapeutic properties of cow and goat milk.Results There are some misunderstandings in the cognition of the therapeutic properties of milk.Conclusion It is of great significance to promote the construction of health literacy system of traditional Chinese medicine for residents with diet life as the core.
