阵发性室上性心动过速患者健康行为的认知行为团体干预研究

Effects of Cognitive Behavioral Group Psychological Intervention on Health Related Behaviors of Patientswith Paroxysmal Supraventricular Tachycardia

目的探讨认知行为团体心理干预对阵发性室上性心动过速患者健康相关行为的影响。方法以本院收治的56例阵发性室上性心动过速患者为研究对象,采用简单随机法分为观察组与对照组,住院期间对照组予以常规住院护理,观察组予以认知行为团体心理干预,干预后比较两组自我效能感,并评估其健康行为,统计两组预后。结果干预后,观察组自我效能评分为(2.85±0.47)分,健康行为评分为(93.57±14.23)分,均显著高于对照组的(2.42±0.46)分和(84.68±12.71)分(P<0.05),但对照组自我效能评分与干预前评分比较无统计学意义(P>0.05);住院期间观察组心动过速平均发作(1.7±0.75)次,显著低于对照组的(2.2±0.4)次(P<0.05),两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论认知行为团体心理干预能有效地提高阵发性室上性心动过速患者自我效能感并培养其健康行为,改善预后。

Objective To investigate the effects of cognitive behavioral group psychological intervention on health-related behaviors of patients with paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia(PSVT).Methods A total of 56 patients with PSVT were selected as the research objects.They were divided into observation group and control group by the simple random sampling method.The control group was given routine inpatient nursing while the observation group was given cognitive behavioral group psychological intervention during hospitalization.After intervention,the self-efficacy was compared between the two groups,health behaviors were evaluated,and prognosis was statistically analyzed.Results After intervention,the self-efficacy score of the observation group was(2.85±0.47)and the health behavior score was(93.57±14.23),which were significantly higher than those of the control group(2.42±0.46)and(84.68±12.71)(P<0.05),but there was no statistical significance between the self-efficacy score of the control group and the pre intervention score(P>0.05);during hospitalization,the observation group had an average of(1.7±0.75)episodes of tachycardia.There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Cognitive behavioral group psychological intervention can effectively improve the self-efficacy of patients with PSVT,cultivate their healthy behaviors and improve the prognosis.
